  • Tell me a little bit about Bingham Mfg. and what it is that you do?

    Bingham Mfg. is a UHP waterblast parts and accessories company. The owner, Gary Bingham, has an extensive history in the industry, dating back to his manufacturing for ADMAC prototypes. Since the early 90's, Bingham Mfg. has developed and refined it's prodcuts list to cover nozzles, couplings, tube and surface cleaning nozzles, cutting heads, swivels, pump parts, safety gear, tubing, guns, tumblesboxes, and a wide varoety of assorted custom projects. We have help build everything from robotically controlled Hydro-Demolition robots to 40K plunger pumps that fit on a 3x2 hand cart. We have tackled projects in every area of the UHP world and succeeded in doing so.

  • How can my company do business with Bingham Mfg?

    Simple. Fill out a credit application which can be found by clicking here. When you are finished, you can fax it back to us at (360) 863-8719 or email it to us at: Sales@binghammfg.com. Once we check your credit references, we will generally extened our standard credit terms of Net 30. This process can take up to 48 hours, so please be patient. If you need an order processed right away or need different credit terms, please feel free to contact us.

  • Can I order online?

    As of right now, No. This option will become avaliable in the future, but due to the magnitiude of this site and the vast number of products we offer, we have not had the time or the resources to set up E-Commerce. We do currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Check or money transfer, and will be happy to ship C.O.D. via UPS if you require. Please call us if you have any other specific questions.

  • Are you selling genuine Flow International® Husky Pump parts and accessories?

    No. We are not selling authentic Flow parts, nor have we ever. To do so would violate the law. What we are selling are aftermarket parts. They are along the same lines as what you would get from your local NAPA dealer for your car. Same quality at about 75% the dealer price. We have spents thousands of hours and countless amounts of money sending our products through rigirous testing to make sure that it performs as well, if not better than the parts offered by the OEM. On many items, such as O-Rings, Lips Seals and Rod Seals, our products actually perform better than theirs do.  We currently sell every item avaliable for the fluid end with the exception of Plungers.

  • We have heard Bingham Mfg. can sell us Poppets and Seats for our Flow ECV® Valves...Is this true

    No. Bingham Mfg. does not offer ECV poppets and Seats. These are proprietary items sold only legally by Flow International. We had attempted to offer a new Poppet and Seat design outside of the patent, but it did not work up to our strict quality standards.

     

    Despite what some companies may believe, we do not keep a secret stock of poppets and seats for certain customers. We do not build or stock these items, nor do we sell or offer them in anyway.

     

    ECV poppets and seats are not available at 40 or 55K, as individual items or in our kits.

  • I see that Bingham Mfg. carries a line of NLB parts? Are these manufactured by NLB?

    The parts we sell for NLB style equipment are not manufactured by NLB. They are manufactured by Bingham Mfg. and are intended as aftermarket parts. We have worked with a number of NLB pump owners to begin development of this parts line. We feel that NLB pump owners deserve a lower cost option for purchasing parts, similar to the Flow Husky style aftermarket line we developed.

  • Can you ship the same day?

    Not only can we ship same day, but due to our western U.S. location, we can ship later than most any other supply in the country. Our offices can ship up until 4:00 P.M. PST for next day delivery -- THAT'S 7:00 P.M. EST. 95% of all packages shipped from Bingham Mfg. are shipped via UPS. If you need special shipping arrangments, do not hesitate to ask. Local delivery is avaliable in the greater Puget Sound area.  

  • My company just got into water blasting and we have no idea what we need or what we're doing. Can you help?

    Of course. We have worked with some of the largest waterblasting contractors in the world to help rebuild and rework their pumps. We have maintenance specialists who can be on a plane to your door in a matter of hours. In addition to specialized pump mechanics, we have a variety of system solutions that can streamline your operation. We have helped countless companies drop their bottom line by 25% or more.   • My company only runs 20K pumps. Can you still help

    Yes and No. Unfortunatley, we do not carry a line of 20K products as of yet. These items are currently in the R&D phase and should be avaliable next spring/summer. We do however carry a full line of accessories that work at every pressure ratings. Couplings, tips, nozzles, safety gear, and water blast hand tools are universal and can be run sucessfully at 20K. Please contact us with any specific needs to may have and we can help you assess a solution.

  • I have this idea for a great new piece of equipment that could save us time and money, but I have no idea where to even start. Is this something you can help with?

    Absolutely. We have worked with several companies through the years to design and develop custom components. We have an engineering staff that contains electricians, programmers, mechanical engineers and a fluid engineers. In fact, one member of the Bingham Mfg. team helped design many of Flow Internationals© intregal components before he left. From Crawling, thinking robotic blasters to 40K hand cart pumps to custom cutting systems, we have had a hand in building a little bit of everything. Please contact us for more information.
